Anyone aged 18 or over on October 15th 2023 can participate.

The registration requires declaration of self-certification of physical fitness for the practice of “non-competitive” sporting activity in accordance with the current legislation on the subject, and exempts the organizers from requesting a medical certificate.

Hand-pushed wheelchairs are permitted at the event, while bicycles and any other means of transport are not allowed.

The participant relieves the Organizing Committee from any responsibility regarding its physical fitness to take part in the event and from any responsibility, both civil and criminal, for damages to persons and / or things caused by him or derived from him to participate in the race. They also declare to grant their authorization to use any of their images relating to participation in the event for any legitimate use without remuneration.

The registration fee for participation in the competitive and non-competitive 15 km race is

€ 15,00 until June 23th

€ 18,00  until September 27th

€ 20,00 until October 09th

Last minute registrations to the Village will be possible, on Saturday 14th October, at a cost of  € 23,00 ONLY FOR BIB NUMBERS (1-3000).

Registration for groups:

By sending the form with the list of athletes including the completed data of each individual participant (name, surname, gender, year of birth and email address)

Registrations by sending lists for groups will close on Monday 09th October at 5:00 pm

For individuals, registrations are also accepted on  Saturday 14th October at the Village, at a cost of €23.00

Participation kit

By registering for the competitive and non-competitive race, each athlete will be entitled to:

• technical shirt with Mizuno logo
• race number with a time chip
• intermediate and final refreshment
• medal for those who cross the finish line
• various gadgets from the partners

Race numbers and race packages (both individual and groups) can be collected on Saturday 14th October at the Village set up inside the Stadio delle Terme di Caracalla, from 10:00am to 6:00 pm.

There are 3 starting grids:

the first one for top runners

BLUE BIB

the second for all the other athletes in the 15 km competitive race PALE GREEN BIB

the third for all participants of the non-competitive 15 km race

PURPLE BIB

The timing will be processed by the TDS and will be carried out by a chip that each athlete will receive when the bib is collected.

ALL PRIZES ARE IN DEVELOPED

A special area will be set up inside the Village at the Terme delle Caracalla Stadium where participants can leave their bags. The organization is not responsible for the custody of the bags and in the same way cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage.

It is forbidden to leave valuables in the bags left at the deposit area.

Participation fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

It will be possible to make name changes only until October 09th by paying the difference between the amount already paid and the time of the change.

The maximum time to complete the competitive race and the non-competitive event is 2 hours and 15 minutes (9 minutes per km)

There are two intermediate supplies and a final refreshment after the finish line with water, salts and various products.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30th June 2003, No. 196, we inform:

• that the data contained in the registration form is required for registration, to prepare the list of participants, the ranking, the historical archive, to carry out the services declared in the regulations and to send RUM informative material or its partners;
• that the consequences of not providing the aforementioned data or information consist in the non-admission to the event;
• that the rights of the data subject in relation to the processing of personal data are listed in article 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree n. 196/03 “.

At any time, the data subject may consult, modify or cancel his / her data free of charge by writing to the person responsible for processing personal data at GS Bancari Romani, Viale Marco Polo 104, 00154 Rome.

By registering for RUM 2023, the athlete expressly authorizes the organization to freely acquire the right, together with its partners, to use the still or moving images on which it may appear, taken on the occasion of its participation in RUM 2023, on all visual aids as well as on promotional and / or advertising materials, produced and disseminated throughout the world and for the maximum time required by law, regulations, treaties in force, including any extension that may be made to the period provided .

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time for reasons which it deems appropriate for a better organization of the competition. For matters not covered by this regulation, the technical statutory regulations of FIDAL and GGG apply. Any changes to services, places and times will be communicated to registered athletes appropriately or will be reported on the website www.romaurbsmundi.it.

INCURRED “IMPOSSIBILITY”

In the event that the race is cancelled and / or postponed to another date, or in any case, not carried out for reasons not attributable to and / or not attributable to the will of the Organization, including the revocation of the authorization for the performance by the Public Bodies competent, the member will have nothing to claim from the organization, neither for the restitution of the amount paid for the registration, nor for reimbursement of any expense incurred or to be sustained.

The presentation of the application form has the value of acceptance of this clause and as an express renunciation of any claim resulting from the cancellation and / or postponement of the race, is related to compensation for any damages suffered or patents and / or for compensation and / or for any other reinstatement and / or satisfactory claim for any financial loss and not immediately and undergoing.

In the event of cancellation and / or postponement of the race, the entry made may be used for the new established date [or may be used for the race that will take place the following year. In this circumstance the athlete will also be able to take advantage of the transfer option] “.
