GS Bancari Romani offers the possibility for those who are not yet registered to obtain a membership with FIDAL (Italian Athletics Federation) or EPS (Sports Promotion Body).
MEMBERSHIP VALIDITY
€25 – Valid until 31/12/2025 (FIDAL, allowing participation in certified 5 km, 10 km, half-marathon, and marathon events)
€55 – Valid until 31/12/2026
IMPORTANT:
If you are already registered with a FIDAL club in 2025, you cannot request a new FIDAL membership for the same year.
However, if you hold a Runcard, you may still obtain FIDAL membership with a club during the same year.
Athletes registered with another FIDAL club in 2025 who wish to transfer to GSBR for 2026 must pay, in addition to the above membership fee, an additional charge of €25.00 (FIDAL regional transfer fee) or €50.00 (for transfers from outside the region).
Alternatively, an EPS Card + EPS Runcard may be issued, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
REQUIREMENTS FOR FIDAL MEMBERSHIP
To obtain FIDAL membership, the following are required:

A competitive medical certificate specifically for ATHLETICS, sent in advance by email and later submitted in original copy

A copy of an identity document

A digital headshot photo

The FIDAL form for new members, completed and signed

The G.S. Bancari Romani affiliation form, completed and signed
