WHY IS MY REGISTRATION IRREGULAR?
CASE 1: you are not yet registered with FIDAL 2025 or Runcard 2025.
CASE 2: you are already registered with FIDAL/Runcard, but your medical certificate expires before 14 December 2025, or you have not yet undergone your medical examination.
CASE 3: you are registered with FIDAL 2025 and your certificate expires after 14 December 2025, but your club president has not yet updated your data on the FIDAL – Membership portal.
CASE 4: you are registered with Runcard 2025 and your certificate expires after 14 December 2025, but you have not uploaded it to the Roma Urbs Mundi portal.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
FIRST OF ALL, DON’T PANIC!
READ EVERYTHING WRITTEN BELOW AND, BEFORE WRITING OR CALLING, MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.

Are you not yet registered with FIDAL/Runcard for 2025?
You must complete your membership! You can register with GSBRun. -
Are you already registered with FIDAL for 2025, but your medical certificate expires before 14 December 2025, or you still need to take your medical examination?
Your registration will remain irregular until you obtain the new certificate and your Club President updates your status on the FIDAL – Membership website.
(The certificate must be uploaded by your President — do not send it to us!) -
Are you already registered with FIDAL for 2025 and your certificate expires after 14 December 2025?
Contact your Club President and ask them to update your status on the FIDAL – Membership portal. -
Are you already registered with Runcard 2025, but your medical certificate expires before 14 December 2025?
Your registration will remain irregular until you upload the new certificate to the RUM portal, where it must then be validated by the Staff.

If you are correctly registered for 2025, your certificate is valid for 14 December 2025, your President has uploaded it on the FIDAL portal, but your status still appears irregular, please send your provisional card to iscrizioni@romaurbsmundi.it.
In any case, we are connected to the FIDAL portal and can check your status in real time, including when you collect your bib!
AFTER FIXING MY STATUS, DO I NEED TO SEND ANYTHING?
Yes.
If you have a RUNCARD 2025 membership, you must upload your medical certificate in your reserved area.
No.
Thanks to the digitization of membership procedures, we can automatically view the list of FIDAL-registered athletes who are compliant with both membership and medical certification as of 14 December 2025.
Remember: the more emails and phone calls we receive, the less time we have to work efficiently and provide the best service to everyone!
